Qualifications for funding
This is an annual funding opportunity. The application period is between Oct 1 – 31st. Recipients are given priority if they align with our goals based on our most recent Community Health Needs Assessment. For previous recipients, there is now a brief progress report at the end of the application that is required to remain eligible for future funding.
Organizations must meet the following IRS guideline requirements to be eligible for a potential funding opportunity:
- Must be a 501(c)(3)
- Must be working to positively impact a prioritized need identified in our Community Health Needs Assessment
- Funds must be directed to program services rather than fundraising events
- Request cannot have a primary marketing purpose
- Must have a health tie-in
