The Greer Transitions Clinic helps people who do not have insurance, enough coverage or a regular doctor. The clinic provides care from board-certified doctors, teaches people about preventive care and helps connect them with social services and care providers when they need it.

The Roper St. Francis Health Services Center is the only one-stop-shop in the Charleston area for sexual health care and support. The center offers medical care, case management, and HIV care and prevention services like PrEP and nPEP. Many services are free or low-cost.

AccessHealth Tri-County Network (AHTN) is a collaborative effort to connect uninsured and underinsured residents of the Tri-County area with existing health-related services and resources throughout Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester counties. AHTN partners with area hospitals, free clinics, health care centers, volunteer physicians, human services, community and government organizations to bring healthcare to our community members who are in need.

The Lowcountry Senior Center and Waring Senior Center are owned by the City of Charleston and managed by Roper St. Francis Healthcare. Our senior centers empower older adults, 50+, for personal independence, healthy aging, social connection and lifelong learning in the Lowcountry. The Lowcountry Senior Center is located on James Island and the Waring Senior Center is located on the campus of Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital in West Ashley.
