A significant contribution from philanthropists Hank and Laurel Greer, naming donors of the Greer Transitions Clinic at Roper St. Francis Healthcare in North Charleston, will expand services into Berkeley County. “While we both came from very humble beginnings, we are blessed to be in the position we are now to give back,” said Mr. Greer.

All six emergency departments throughout Roper St. Francis Healthcare were formally named on Monday in honor of the Parker’s Community Fund and Parker’s Kitchen founder and CEO Gregory M. Parker, whose landmark $5 million gift to the system will advance healthcare for generations to come.
