You have several options for participating in RSFH Gives! 

To make a gift online

Select one of the following options:

• Enroll in a bi-weekly or one-time payroll deduction at any point during the year. Go to Workday, search "Charity Giving," and make your donation. To view the How-To Guide, click here or visit HR Service Now, navigate to Workday Resources, and select Workday Basics.
• Gifts may be made by credit card, one-time or monthly recurring on our website.

Yes! We are excited to announce that non-exempt (hourly) teammates now have the option to donate Paid Time Off (PTO). A minimum donation of eight hours is required, and your donation will be deducted from your September 2026 PTO balance. To make a PTO donation, navigate to the Charity Home app in Workday. On the Charity Home homepage, select PTO Donation under Additional Links to access the donation form.

*PTO donations: I understand the final value of PTO I donate will be reduced by 10% per tax laws and Roper St. Francis Healthcare policy, and the remainder will be reported as taxable compensation to which applicable tax laws will be applied. The after-tax amount will be the value of my donation and can be reported on my personal tax return as a charitable contribution consistent with IRS guidelines.

Absolutely! Your participation, rather than amount donated is what is most important to our campaign. Gifts of any size demonstrate your commitment to our mission and are appreciated. Also, you can log on and select to be a supporter of our campaign without making any pledge commitments. 

The RSFH Gives! Campaign adds resources to the Teammate Emergency Fund, which is managed by the Mission Department. To ensure the fund is used for our teammates in critical need, donations may not be designated to a specific co-worker.

Yes. You can make multiple payroll donations to different funds.  The Foundation recommends a minimum donation of $5.00 for each fund. 

All donors to RSFH Gives! will be recognized at a special donor event at the beginning of September. To receive an invitation to the event, please make your donation by the end of August to be included. We’re also excited to share that all teammate donors will be listed in our Annual Impact Report. The Foundation is excited to share more information about the event soon.  

Yes! A minimum pledge of $2 per pay period or a one-time gift of $52 qualifies you to select a Gives! swag item.

This year, we're excited to offer:

• Gives! T-shirt – $2 per pay period pledge or a one-time gift of $52
• Gives! branded tote bag – $5 per pay period pledge or a one-time gift of $130
• Laser-engraved Owala water bottle – $10 per pay period pledge or a one-time gift of $260

Eligible donors will receive an email with a link to select their gift. Each donor may choose one swag item. Donors who qualify for a higher giving level may choose a gift from any of the lower giving levels if they prefer.

Yes! With our new Workday giving platform, donors now have the option to give continuously. All recurring payroll deductions will continue and roll over year to year. To stop, update, or change your donation, simply visit your Charity Home donation page. One-time donors will need to re-enter Workday each year to make a new gift. Credit card donations will also remain continuous unless an end date is set.  

No, if you already have a reoccurring payroll deduction it will continue until you log on to Workday and cancel or change. You will receive an email following the campaign to select the swag item you qualify for based on your current giving level. 

Yes! While we are moving to a continuous giving platform, we still want to celebrate the impact of teammate giving at Roper St. Francis Healthcare. We hope to see you at one of the events below!

Named for the founders of Roper Hospital, Colonel Thomas Roper, and Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital, Sister Xavier Dunn, the Roper Xavier Society recognizes the Foundation’s leadership donors. This annual giving society represents individuals and organizations who contribute a minimum of $1,500 each year. Join the Roper Xavier Society with a pledge of $57.70 per pay period, totaling $1,500.02 annually. If you enroll in a payroll deduction later in the year, please adjust your per pay period deduction accordingly to meet the $1,500 minimum by December 31.

Are you 45 or under and passionate about making a difference in your community? Join the Circle of Impact, a dynamic group of young philanthropists committed to giving back and creating lasting change. Join the Circle of Impact with a pledge of $20 per pay period, totaling $500 annually. If you enroll in a payroll deduction later in the year, please adjust your per-pay period deduction accordingly.
