The Mark & Noula Cumins Spirit of Caring Golf Tournament

The golf tournament will be held at the Daniel Island Club located at 600 Island Park Dr., Daniel Island, Charleston, SC 29492. Registration starts at 9:30 a.m. The schedule of events is:
Southern Bruch Buffet: 9:30 - 11:15 a.m.

Driving Range: 9:30 - 11:15 a.m.

Shotgun Start: 11:30 a.m.

19th Hole Reception: Post Play

The tournament will be played in a Captain’s Choice format, with prizes awarded to the first, second, and third place teams. Additional contest prizes will include awards for Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and a Hole-in-One. The event will conclude with a 19th Hole reception and awards ceremony, featuring cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.

All proceeds from the tournament will support nursing scholarships at Roper St. Francis Healthcare.

The scholarship program, established by Mark and Noula Cumins and generously funded through the Roper St. Francis Foundation and initiatives such as the Spirit of Caring Golf Tournament, is open to any current Roper St. Francis Healthcare employee seeking an advanced nursing degree. The Spirit of Caring Golf Tournament raises money to help address the national nursing shortage and minimize its impact on our local community by offering scholarships to students.
