Enhanced careers website helps Roper St. Francis Healthcare recruit retain talent for our expanding

Roper St. Francis Healthcare on Tuesday, June 10, launched a refreshed external careers site to help improve candidates’ experience as they look to join expanding facilities such as Roper St. Francis Berkeley Hospital and to grow their careers within the organization.

Enhancements

The site includes enhancements such as:

  • Simplified application process and improved search functionality; check it out here
  • Personalized job matching and recommendations based on how a candidate interacts with the site
  • More robust information on benefits, flexibility and growth opportunities
  • Ability to stay connected; candidates can join the Roper St. Francis Healthcare talent community, sign up for job alerts or save jobs in their “cart” as they navigate the site

What's the same

  • The URL: rsfh.com/careers (hit the "Search all jobs" button on the main page to view the enhanced search function)
  • Hiring and application processes for our hiring managers and teammates

The project aligns with the Roper St. Francis Healthcare 2030 Strategic Plan's key driver or initiatives of recruiting new talent, investing in our teammates and modernizing technology. The site will play a central role in recruitment for positions at the expanded Roper St. Francis Berkeley Hospital, the future Roper Hospital campus, the Sawmill Centre medical development and the building project on Johnnie Dodds Boulevard in Mount Pleasant.

Help Build out team

Help us spread the word about available positions, particularly for major projects nearing completion such as Roper St. Francis Berkeley Hospital at 100 Callen Blvd., Summerville (located within Goose Creek city limits), and the Sawmill Centre project at the corner of U.S. Highway 17 and Berlin G. Myers Parkway.

Our teammates made Roper St. Francis Healthcare a trusted place of hope and healing for the communities they serve. We’re looking forward to welcoming more teammates who care for patients as their neighbors and advance our mission of healing all people with compassion, faith and excellence.
