Roper St. Francis Healthcare named among Best Places to Work in Healthcare again

For the second consecutive year, Roper St. Francis Healthcare has been named one of the top 150 Best Places to Work in Healthcare.

The recognition program from Modern Healthcare honors workplaces throughout the industry that empower employees to provide patients and customers with the best possible care, products and services.

Roper St. Francis Healthcare is the only site in South Carolina on this year’s list.

“It’s an honor to make this list any year, but to make it twice – and in the middle of a pandemic – leaves me nearly speechless,” said President and CEO Dr. Jeffrey DiLisi. “Anyone who’s ever walked through the doors of a Roper St. Francis Healthcare facility can feel what a special place this is. Modern Healthcare will reveal the specific ranked order on Sept. 16.

Last year, Roper St. Francis Healthcare was ranked No. 49 on the list of Top 150 sites, ahead of other high-performing health systems such as the Cleveland Clinic (No. 62) and Orlando Health (No. 50).
