• 80 additional patients with a diagnosis of spinal cord injury were seen for intensive outpatient therapy.
• 10 patients returned to work or a vocational program.

• Patients received an average of 1-2 hours of therapy 3-4 times per week.
• Patients with tetraplegia received an average of 20 PT visits and 24 OT visits.
• Patients with paraplegia received an average of 24 PT visits and 22 OT visits.
• 100% of patients rated satisfaction with goal attainment as very satisfied.
• 100% of patients surveyed rated their quality of care as excellent.

Each person’s length of stay depends on their medical needs and goals. Most patients participate in intensive inpatient rehabilitation for two to four weeks. Then, they continue with outpatient therapy. Your care team will regularly evaluate your progress and update your plan to support your long-term recovery.

You may receive a combination of physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We also offer recreation therapy and psychological care. The goal is to prepare you physically and emotionally to live as independently and fully as possible. 

Bring comfortable clothing, supportive shoes, personal care items, and any adaptive devices you currently use. Your team will provide a detailed checklist before admission to help you prepare for your stay.

Families are an essential part of recovery. We offer family education sessions, counseling, and peer mentoring programs. They help your caregivers learn how they can be of most help to you and the importance of caring for themselves for everyone’s well-being.
