Build lasting habits to help you “Keep It Real”

Bariatric surgery is one of the most effective tools for weight loss, but many people struggle to keep all the weight off after a few years. Research shows, however, that joining a support group can:

  • Boost your chances of maintaining a healthier weight — and avoiding regain
  • Give you a sense of community that contributes to your overall well-being
  • Help you stick with healthy weight management behaviors

Our bariatric support group, called “Keeping It Real,” offers a welcoming, safe space where everyone understands your experience. You can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, feelings and concerns about weight loss and weight regain. We meet the third Monday of each month from 6:00 – 7:00 pm over Zoom.
