As you progress through the program, you can count on our certified team to take time to understand your goals and help you build a plan that feels achievable.

A proven method to help you quit for good

Our program, called the QuitSmart system, was developed at Duke University Medical Center and designed to help you first understand your smoking habits and then change them.

In three one-hour focused sessions you’ll attend over a three-week period, you’ll get practical techniques you can begin using right away:

You’ll learn about nicotine fading and nicotine replacement techniques, as well asset a quit date.

You will also receive a program kit that includes a guidebook, relaxation tools and a cigarette substitute to help you stay on track. Choose from group, individual, in-person, virtual or phone sessions based on what works best for you.
