Our cancer survivor wellness program offers flexible, supportive services designed to meet you wherever you are after treatment, including:

  • In-person classes that create space for connection and learning
  • Live virtual classes so you can participate from the comfort of home
  • On-demand materials you can explore at your own pace
  • Provider-led support sessions with trusted experts
  • Resources that support your overall well-being
  • Survivorship education and care planning tailored to your goals

We focus on more than your medical history, offering support that reflects your full life and what matters most to you. And with in-person, virtual and on-demand options, you can access support in a way that feels comfortable and convenient for you.

THRIVE wellness program and support sessions

Moving from active treatment into everyday life can feel like a big shift. THRIVE—Active Treatment to Active Living—is our cancer survivor wellness program designed to help you navigate that transition.
