Roper St. Francis Healthcare is proud to celebrate 195 physicians and facilities honored with the Reputation 800 Award for outstanding customer satisfaction over the past year. This award recognizes providers and facilities that listen and act on patient feedback.

Roper St. Francis Healthcare uses the online reputation management platform, Reputation, to manage its online presence and Google business listings. After a visit, patients receive a request to leave a Google review, which our digital marketing team then responds to through Reputation, ensuring feedback is swiftly addressed and service recovery is provided when needed.

The use of this tool is one of many ways in which we are modernizing technology, a key initiative of Roper St. Francis Healthcare’s 2030 Strategic Plan.

Physicians and facilities receiving the 800 Award have a Reputation Score of 800 or higher. This score helps the healthcare system's digital marketing team monitor online reputation, celebrate outstanding care and identify opportunities for improvement through patient feedback.

From primary care and orthopedics to surgical oncology and vascular surgery, many Roper St. Francis Healthcare service lines were represented by Reputation’s 2024 accolades.
