EpicCare Link is a secure, web-based portal that connects community providers and organizations with Roper St. Francis Healthcare. I have admitting privileges and cannot respond to patient’s messages in Roper St. Francis Healthcare Care Link using In Basket.

Since you have full access to Epic while in the hospital, please use the In Basket within that version for messaging and communication.

I am unable to print in Roper St. Francis Healthcare Care Link

Contact your local technical support. The printing functionality is not controlled by Care Link. Ensure your local computer has the correct drivers and setup for your network or printer.

Please only complete this process if your site is requesting new Care Link access. This process must be completed by the site administrator. If your site already has Care Link access, please reach out to your Site Administrator directly for login assistance. If you are unsure who your Site Administrator is, please call the Service Desk at (833) 691-4357 for assistance.

STEP 1 - Download and sign required forms
Please download and complete the three forms listed below. You will need to upload these signed forms in step 2. Electronic signatures will not be accepted.

STEP 2 - Submit access request form

Access Request Form

Once your completed request is submitted, it will be reviewed by our Data Governance team. After their approval, the Care Link team will initiate the account setup and notify the site administrator accordingly.

Please allow up to 10 business days for account setup. The full process typically takes 2-3 weeks from submission to activation. Incomplete requests may delay processing. If any questions or issues arise, someone from the EpicCare link team will follow up directly.

If an affiliate practice teammate needs Epic access to prepare patients for inpatient procedures and schedule surgery time blocks, please do not use the Care Link form. Use this request form instead: https://www.rsfh.com/IAAform/.
