Nursing at Roper Hospital

The nurses at Roper Hospital are highly collaborative and use shared decision making to guide us in our mission of healing all people with compassion, faith and excellence. Roper nurses use Kristin Swanson’s Self Care Model to promote patient health and well being. The self care model encourages patients to be as independent as possible, which allows patients to fully participate in their care in order to ensure optimal recovery.
