The BEE Award was established at Roper St. Francis Healthcare to honor our non-nurse teammates that provide exceptional care to our patients. Non-nurse teammates might include: physical therapists, dietary staff, administrative staff, lab technicians, imaging staff, housekeepers, transportation aides or nursing assistants, among the many important non-nursing roles that play a critical role in our healthcare system.
Any teammate, patient or family member may submit a nomination to recognize these teammates and their contribution to providing excellent patient care.
