Forbes ranks RSFH as one of America’s Best Employers by State
Roper St. Francis Healthcare is ranked among the top 20 employers in South Carolina, according to Forbes magazine.
Roper St. Francis Healthcare was No. 19 on the America’s Best Employers By State for South Carolina.
The ranking evaluated businesses with at least 500 employees based on anonymous surveys from October 2020 to June 2021, and the final list ranked 1,330 employers with the most recommendations.
Those surveyed were asked to rate their employers on a variety of criteria, including safety of work environment, competitiveness of compensation, opportunities for advancement and openness to telecommuting. They also were asked how likely they’d be to recommend their employer to others, and to nominate organizations in industries outside their own.
