There are three sessions total over the course of three weeks and each lasts one hour:
- Session 1: Preparing to Quit – nicotine fading, setting a quit date and nicotine replacement techniques
- Session 2: Quitting – stress management and a cigarette substitute
- Session 3: Maintenance – relapse prevention and lifestyle balance
SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN PERSON, VIRTUALLY OR BY PHONE
