Qigong combines gentle movement, deep breathing and focusing the mind on being calm and relaxed. Daily practice increases flexibility, strengthens the body, promotes healthy aging, reduces pain and so much more! It is usually practiced while standing but can be modified for seated positions. The movements are slow, repetitive, and very simple.
