Families for a Healthy Heart

The Roper St. Francis Families for a Healthy Heart is a FREE program that teaches easy and fun ways to be healthy and active. It’s open to the community and everyone is welcome to attend one or all five of the educational classes held January – April. The program is led by a vascular surgeon, registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator and a fitness and health professional.



All classes will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Father Egbert J. Figaro Hall

(Parking at Morris Brown AME Church parking lot, Morris Street or St. Phillip Street entrances)
