Roper St. Francis Healthcare donates to Coast Guard Association
Roper St. Francis Healthcare employees came together during the government shutdown to help out members of the Coast Guard who were working without a paycheck during the federal government shutdown.
Teams at both Roper Hospital in downtown Charleston and our office park in Ladson raised more than $2,000. The fund were put into gift cards to be distributed by the Coast Guard Chief Petty Officers Association, which is a group that supports Coast Guard families in times of need.
