Families for a Healthy Heart

The Roper St. Francis Families for a Healthy Heart is a FREE program that teaches easy and fun ways to be healthy and active. It’s open to the community and everyone is welcome to attend one or all five of the educational classes held January – April. The program is led by a vascular surgeon, registered dietitian, certified diabetes educator and a fitness and health professional.

All classes are held at Saint Patrick’s Catholic Church, Father Egbert J. Figaro Hall
