  • Benefit Care

  • Coverage begins the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment or benefit eligibility 
  • Premiums are paid with pre-tax dollars and after tax dollars for domestic partners

  • Vision Insurance
  • Available to full-time and part-time teammates 
  • In network co-pay plan 
  • $225 annual allowance for glasses and contacts 
  • Up to 20% discount after allowance for glasses and contacts

    Dental Insurance 
  • Available to full-time and part-time teammates 
  • Diagnostic & Preventive services covered at 100% of usual & customary 
  • Basic services covered at 80% of usual & customary
  • Major services covered at 50% of usual & customary 
  • $50 individual/$150 family deductible for basic and major services 
  • Orthodontia individual benefit maximum is $2,000  
  • Coverage begins the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment or benefit eligibility 

  • Flexible Spending Accounts 
  • Available to both full-time and part-time teammates 
  • Up to $2,550 pre-tax dollars can be set aside for medical expenses not covered by the health plan 
  • Debit Card available
  • Up to $5,000 pre-tax dollars can be set aside for work-related child care and dependent care expenses
  • Teammates are eligible for savings the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment or benefit eligibility

  • Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Available to both full-time and part-time teammates enrolled in the Consumer Driven Health Plan 
  • Up to $3,450/$6,750 pre-tax dollars can be set aside for expenses not covered by the health, dental, vision or prescription plan(s) 
  • RSF will fund a prorated amount based on eligibility effective date and coverage level 
  • Teammates are automatically enrolled in HSA with employer funded deposit in RSF’s bank of choice  
  • No "Use it or Lose it" rule with HSA

  • Supplemental Term Life Insurance 
  • Available to full-time teammates 
  • 100% company paid basic teammate coverage at one times annual salary up to $125,000 
  • Supplemental teammate coverage available up to four times annual salary, 100% teammate paid and portable 
  • Dependent coverage available for spouse and dependent children, 100% teammate paid and portable 
  • Coverage begins 90 days from date of employment or benefit eligibility

    Accidental Death & Dismemberment Coverage 
  • Available to full-time teammate enrolled in basic teammate term life insurance 
  • 100% company paid 
  • Covers up to one times annual salary up to $125,000 in the event of accidental death or dismemberment 
  • Seat Belt Provision pays an additional 10% up to a maximum of $12,500

    Whole Life Insurance 
  • Available to full-time and part-time teammates 
  • Traditional life insurance with a fixed death benefit 
  • Builds cash value at a guaranteed rate 
  • Coverage available for teammate, spouse, children and grandchildren 
  • Coverage is portable

    Long Term Disability 
  • Available to full-time teammates 
  • Designed to replace a portion of salary if unable to work due to disability 
  • Benefit payment is based on 60% of regular base salary upon claim approval 
  • 100% company paid after 5 years of continuous enrollment 
  • Coverage begins 90 days from date of employment or benefit eligibility

    Short Term Disability
  • Programs available for both full-time and part-time teammates 
  • Designed to provide short-term income protection in the event of a covered extended illness or disability 
  • Monthly benefit amounts are available from $200 to $3,000 per month in increments of $100 
  • Coverage is portable
  •  
    Critical Illness Coverage 
  • Available to full-time teammates 
  • Provides a lump-sum benefit up to 100% of the policy's face amount payable in the event of a covered specified critical illness 
  • Covered illnesses are heart attack, stroke, major organ transplant, permanent paralysis, and coronary artery bypass 
  • Coverage riders available for spouse and children 
  • Coverage is portable 
  •  
    Retirement Savings & Tax Deferred Annuity 
  • Long term pre and post tax exempt savings through payroll deduction 
  • Automatic enrollment at 4% pre-tax contribution 1st pay date following 30 days of employment (may opt out or change elections at any time) 
  • Employer matches $.50 on the $1.00 up to 4% of pay 0-9 years of service and $.50 on the $1.00 up to 6% of pay 10+ years of service, once per year 
  • 100% vested in all money deposited after three years of service (a year of service is defined as working at least 1,000 hours during the plan year)
  • Company may make discretionary annual contribution up to 2% of annual pay. To be eligible for this contribution, you must be employed on the last payroll day of the plan year and have worked at least 1,000 hours during the plan year
