Maternity Suites
Our maternity suites combine the latest technology with a soothing, home-like atmosphere. All of our maternity patient rooms are private and furnished with special comforts such as birthing beds, private baths or showers, rocking chairs, TVs and sleeper chairs. We provide a Newborn Channel for our maternity patients to view informative infant safety and childbirth educational programs from their bedsides 24 hours a day. Specially trained physicians and nurses provide the care you and your baby need. Your little one can stay with you as much as you like, or can be cared for in the nursery if you need some quiet time.
Nursery
The nurseries at Bon Secours St. Francis, Roper Hospital, and Mount Pleasant Hospital are staffed with caring and skilled professionals. Both are Level II nurseries that have neonatology services available. This means that we are prepared if your baby needs a special level of care.
