Charleston, SC (Jan. 28, 2014) – Roper St. Francis is committed to quality patient care – even during an event like a winter storm. Information for patients, visitors and staff has been shared with the local media and through our social media channels. It is also listed below.

• All non-patient care departments
• Roper Hospital Diagnostics & ER (Northwoods may reopen. More information to come.)
The only surgeries that will be conducted are emergent or in-house.
Patients will be contacted by the practices that facilitated their appointments that offices are closed. However, patients needing immediate care should visit a Roper St. Francis Emergency Department:

Patients who are unsure if their doctor’s office is closed or whether a procedure needs to be rescheduled should call 402-CARE (2273). Any appointments or procedures that were canceled due to the weather will be rescheduled.
