“Let’s go out to the kitchen, and have ourselves a snack”

RSF hosted a healthy eating and cooking class for kindergartners and first graders at Laurel Hill Primary School in Mount Pleasant on Wednesday morning. Chef David Topping taught a course on making hummus, and Grace McConville from Food and Nutrition Services talked about making healthy choices. RSF provided children with recipes for meals they can make with their parents, but the taste testing was the most popular event.
