  • Subsidized child care center located near Roper Hospital
  • Accepts children from 6 weeks to 5 years
  • 1 to 4 child to staff ratio
  • Accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs


Tuition Reimbursement Assistance

  • Available to Benefit eligible full and part time employees with one year of continuous service
  • Up to $2,000 per calendar year for reimbursement of tuition for accredited courses related to the employee's job or in an occupation for which Roper St. Francis Healthcare has a current or future need.


Adoption Reimbursement Assistance

  • Available to full time and part time employees with one year of continuous service
  • Up to $2,500 per calendar year for reimbursement of expenses related to a finalized adoption
  • Eligible expenses include adoption agency fees, court costs, attorney costs, transportation, and lodging
